Algebra 1 Skills-Based Diagnostic Assessment
This Algebra 1 Diagnostic Assessment was developed to support students in tutoring programs during the summer months leading up to their Algebra 1 course. The diagnostic addresses key 6th Grade through 8th Grade cornerstones identified by Florida’s B.E.S.T. Instructional Guidelines. The intention of each set of questions is to address each level of Bloom’s Taxonomy to allow for tutors, parents, or instructors to support their students’ individualized needs efficiently and effectively. For the purposes of this sample, only 4 pages of 13 are included.
Rates, Ratios, and Proportions Skills-Based Worksheet
In addition to the Algebra 1 Diagnostic, after identifying student needs, tutors, parents, or instructors may provide students with additional practice on specific skills that were identified as lacking. In this sample, students are provided additional questions aligned to “Using Rates, Ratios, and Proportions to Solve Problems”.
Digital Assessment Items, Lesson Plans, etc. using various Educational Resources
Our team is filled with instructors who are well versed in the digital landscape that currently fills the education space. This includes a wide variety of digital resources that teachers may use in their day-to-day instruction, including assessments. Members of our team are willing and able to support schools and teachers in the development of educational resources utilizing these tools. Below you will find a share link to a similar digital version of the “Using Rates, Ratios, and Proportions” worksheet which has been adapted for use via “Pear Assessment” (previously “Edulastic”). For the purposes of this sample, standard alignment has been omitted, when possible.

Here at Exponential Education Consulting LLC, we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to any of our services. All content development (whether paper-based, digital, activities, etc.) will be designed and delivered in a 3-step process with district and school leaders.
Step 1: Our team meets with district/school leaders to discuss scope and content to be delivered. (Approximately 2 weeks-1 month before desired delivery date)
Step 2: Our team develops and delivers the proposed Content or Curriculum Support resources to district/school leaders. (Approximately 1.5 weeks-3 weeks before desired delivery date)
Step 3: District/school leaders provide as many rounds of feedback and recreation as necessary prior to delivering resources to instructional team. District/school leaders have final sign off of approval before session. (Approximately 2 days-2 weeks before desired delivery date)
